I took a cycle trip today down along the river to the ferry between Gassy and Karczew south of Warsaw. It’s a nice trip on small roads with very little traffic. Unfortunately on the other side the only way back is along a more busy road – mostly without bicycle path.
While cycling I also went past the construction of the new bridge across the river, where the S2 will take people in the east-west direction passing by central Warsaw. Hopefully when it is finished traffic close to where we live will be a bit lighter since there will be an alternative to the Siekierkowski bridge to the south of Warsaw.
